Awesome I love it and thank you for putting this in your gallery
Wow I really like Kim’s Butterfly she did a beautiful job and Pj’s too both children’s art work are just wonderful
Sarahs fairy is beautiful..You really feel like you are in a magical place when you look at it…
Her flowers kind of give me a feeling of sadness and separation …
That may not be what the artist intended but art certainly is subjective….
I think they are both very beautiful
Sarahs fairy is absolutely amazing ,If you did not know already I love fairies ,
my stick figures come out all wrong , so about your artwork it looks good to me
Ceri’s Cold Stare is an amazing piece. I love the composition and color. Michael’s Manatee is also my favorite because it is very bold and well-organized. Kim’s Fashion in the Rain made me smile, because fashion isn’t usually surrounded by mud puddles – good job, Kim!
Thanks for the applause Mia. I am sure the artists appreciate it.
I liked them all. The young artists are fearless and I appreciate that. Ceri’s drawn artwork is bold and startling, and her photos are well done. I enjoyed them. The one I’d like to hang in my home is Andy Poplin’s Untitled 2.
These are great and I’m glad you’re giving these talented people, yes, including yourself, a place to get their work seen!
Amy
Amy -
Just so you are aware, all of Ceri’s work is photographic, including “Cold Stare”.
- Chris
such wonderful talent …
Chris,
Re: Ceri’s artwork…. Double Wow. I am a beginning photographer – and I can only dream of doing things 1/10 as creative and wonderful!
Let her know I think she rocks.
Amy
I’ll send her a message now, in the event she has not seen these comments. Thanks for the support, Amy.
Thank you so much Chris for putting my photos up and thank you to those who have commented for the kind words!!
The new additions are great by the way (as well as the others!), I think Emily’s fairy is really interesting and Andy Poplin’s work is brilliant.
Amy, that’s really so sweet of you to say! You’ve made my day
Wow! All of the pieces are wonderful, really, they are beautiful. I wanted to comment to you that your own rendering is great! I’m in college now getting my BA in fine arts, specializing in graphic design, and your drawing of the man is one of the best I’ve seen in my short exposure to other people’s skills. And PJ! His drawing from Half-Life shows real talent. Is he interested in art as a career? He certainly has the ability for it. As do you. Have you considered design as a possible side business? It would be a great outlet for your creative abilities as well as a way to make some extra dough.
Anyway, kudos to everyone. All the art is exceptional.
P.S. Don’t bother visiting my website yet as it’s not launched yet. I’ve had the space for more than 5 years, paying the monthly charge, and yet I can’t decide on a design motif. Typical for me. Now that I’m back on adderall I hope I can throw something up before holloween!
Hello S.K.
On behalf of all of the artisits, thanks for the applause.
PJ is brainstorming to see what direction his love of art will take him in the future. At 11 years old, he has already taught himself to do Flash animations and has some pieces published online. As for myself, what little time I have needs to be focused on my ADHD work and, as you can see from the frequency of posts lately, that time has been non-existent. That being said, you have sparked some new thoughts for me – thanks for the ideas.
Please consider adding some of your own work to the gallery – I’d be honored to show it here. Please contact me if you need any additional information.
Once again, thanks for your kind words of support and good luck with college.
Best regards,
Chris
Chris,
Thanks for your thoughtful emails and thank you for being kind enough to post my art along with the the remarkable work here. Perhaps it will prove inspiring enough to motivate me to produce some fresh pieces. One can hope right?!
The thanks go to you! I am sure your great artwork will be an inspiration to others to step forward with their own artistic additions to the gallery. I would love to see other examples of your work.
Thanks again,
Chris
