Thank you for having these , very helpful
FYI – your link for ADDitude Magazine is incorrect. It should be http://www.additudemag.com/
They played off the ADD thing…and it is a great resource (although I find it to be a little “lite” but definitely a good place to start).
Thanks for the correction Dana. I have fixed the link here and on my website. (Not fully checking every link? One of my ADHD weakneses.) I am fully interested in making this information as relevant and helpful as possible. If any one sees any other inaccuracies like this, please let me know.
Thanks again,
Chris
Hi Chris. Don’t know that book by Hartman, yet. Have read other stuff by him.
Anyway, best book for adults that I’ve found is recently published “More attention. Less deficit.” by Ari Tuckman. Chapters are written in bite size pieces. You can go directly to page 202 (or whatever) without reading what precedes it. He also has website http://www.adultadhdbook.com, where he reads from his book. His “podcasts” are about 5 to 8 minutes in length.
All adults w. any ADHD issues of their own need to check these resources out.
Best wishes,
Dr. Mike
